Sign in with Google and My Jump Log creates a Google Sheet in your Drive—your own private logbook database. You do everything in My Jump Log, and everything syncs automatically to your Drive.
Google’s permissions only allow My Jump Log to access the files it creates. The app CANNOT see your photos, personal documents, or anything else in your Drive.
My Jump Log is designed for a native-like experience on both iPhone and Android. Choose Add to Home Screen on iPhone or Install App on Android, and open it like any other app.
A few things you might be wondering.
Yes. Set your starting jump number and begin logging from where you are today. You don’t need to enter your old jumps first.
Adding your paper records is entirely optional. You can add earlier entries directly in your Google Sheet whenever you like. Entries with a signer’s license number but no digital signature appear as Paper Verified. Keep the original paper logbook, since that’s where the signatures remain.
No. Hand them your device to review the jumps, enter their skydiving license number, and sign. They don’t need a My Jump Log account or an app of their own.
USPA no longer accepts new applications for digital logbook verification and plans to remove its list of previously reviewed apps in 2027. My Jump Log therefore has no verification process to apply for.
My Jump Log includes every logbook field required by USPA SIM §3-1 and was built around those requirements. USPA leaves it to each skydiver to ensure their records meet the requirements.
Acceptance for licenses, ratings, or other purposes ultimately depends on the official or dropzone reviewing your records. I can’t promise acceptance everywhere—but this is the logbook I use for my own jumps.
My Jump Log doesn’t have a built-in importer. Your logbook is a Google Sheet you control, so you can add existing records directly.
Any AI tool can help reformat your export to match your sheet. Give it your current column headers, a sample row, and the records you want to convert. Here’s a prompt you can adapt:
Convert my existing jump records to match my My Jump Log Google Sheet.
I’ll provide:
1. The current column headers from my sheet.
2. A sample row showing its format.
3. The records I want to convert.
Use the supplied headers and sample as the target format.
Preserve the original jump numbers and information.
Don’t invent missing values, signatures, or verification details.
Ask me about unclear dates, units, or field mappings before converting.
Return tab-separated rows in the exact target column order,
ready to paste into Google Sheets.
List anything that couldn’t be transferred separately.Your synced jumps and signatures are safely stored in your Google Drive. Sign in to My Jump Log with the same Google account on another device, and it will automatically find your existing logbook.
If you’ve been logging offline, make sure everything has synced once you’re back online. Records still waiting to sync are only on that device and could be lost with it.
Jumps waiting to sync are marked Pending Upload in your logbook. Once they’ve synced, that label disappears. You can also open your Google Drive to check the saved records and signatures directly.
Your jumps and signatures stay in your Google Drive, even if you uninstall My Jump Log or revoke its Google access. You can still open, edit, and download them directly. There’s nothing to export before you leave—your records are already yours.
Yes—it’s your logbook. Add earlier jumps or update existing records directly in Google Sheets, then refresh your logbook in My Jump Log to see the changes.
Keep the Jumps, Equipments, and Settings tabs, their names, and the existing column headers and order intact so the app can continue reading and syncing your records correctly.
You don’t have to start your records from scratch. Create a new logbook in My Jump Log, then use any AI tool to reorganize your old records to match the new sheet’s format.
Give it the new sheet’s column headers, a sample row, and your existing data. Review the result before pasting it into the new logbook, and keep the original files—including signature images—until you’ve checked that everything is in place.
Start from your current jump number. Your records stay in your Google Drive.
